Biodegradable Materials
The primary material source for our fiber products will be annually renewable virgin fibers such as bagasse (sugar cane fiber), bamboo, wheat, straw, and blends of various grass fibers. We can also manufacture products for traditional wood fibers and corrugated paper drops. All of the previously mentioned fibers are recyclable and biodegradable.

What Is Bagasse?
Bagasse is a by-product from the sugarcane industry. The raw material is the fiber that remains after sugarcane stalks are crushed to extract their juice. With renewable growth of between 2 to 3 times per year it is a highly sustainable material choice. Bagasse products are durable and sturdy with a high heat tolerance and a natural feel and texture. Being fully compostable and suitable for direct contact with food makes it a popular material choice for a wide range of applications.
Important Bamboo Information
Bamboo has many advantages as a material choice. It grows faster than any other woody plants, making it highly renewable. While growing, its deep root system protects against erosion, it needs no re-planting if harvested properly and makes excellent compost.
